That afternoon, after jeeping all day, we went on this scenic hike to a waterfall where you can jump off into the water. If you get a chance to go to Moab, definitely do the Mill Creek Trail. You walk along a beautiful stream the whole trail and you can walk in the stream if it's too hot outside. I love this hike.

My tip of the day? This one isn't really a fashion tip, but drink lots of water! I recently heard that you should be drinking half your body weight, in ounces. So, if I weighed 140 pounds, I should be drinking 70 ounces of water (which is like 4 and half bottles of water). I've been trying to follow this bit of advise, and I have to pee all the time!!! I seriously spend half the day on the toilet (gross, I know). But after reading Bob Harper's Skinny Rules, he suggests drinking a big glass of water as soon as you wake up because it helps your body wake up. I started doing this, drinking a glass of water right when I wake up, and it really does help my morning. Waking up is hard, but drinking water right away does make me feel a little better about having to be up
