So me and Gideon went to this great Chinese Dim Sum House, on 1300 S and State Street. It was seriously so good. Try the pork rolls!! We love trying new restaurants and sometimes we regret doing the unknown but this one was a good try. They had fresh fish, if you're into fish, in fish tanks in the back of the restaurant!! It was pretty cool.
Here is my outfit from church a couple of weeks ago. My shoes are from Nordstrom Rack and were $20. My skirt is from Charlotte Russe and was $7.99 (I know, I know, I'm probably a little old to shop there but I've had this skirt for 3 years and it still looks brand new so who am I to complain?) I just got that over sized sweater from Nordstrom Rack for $6.49 and am in love with it. It is seriously so soft, which is good because I usually won't wear sweaters because I find them itchy. So this outfit was a grand total of $34.48!!!! I think it's my cheapest I've posted so far. My tip of the day? Match your bedding!!! Just kidding... But really, my tip is to pair pattern with a neutral. Some people are great at pairing a pattern with a pattern but it's not that easy. You don't want to be "loud" on bottom and top. So if you are going to wear a great patterned jean, wear something a little plainer on top, and vise versa. Have a great rest of the week!!
P.S. I apologize for matching my blanket...
